Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. If you contact us after shipment, we will review the actual order status and let you know whether cancellation is still possible.
If a cancellation request after shipment is accepted, costs already incurred, including shipping-related costs, may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Refund Conditions After Delivery
If an order has already been delivered, a refund will usually only be considered after a return request has been submitted, reviewed, and approved. Where applicable, we may also need to receive and inspect the returned item before processing a refund.

Returned items should generally be unused, unwashed, unaltered, not actually installed or used for an extended period, and free from obvious holes, tears, snags, mesh deformation, stains, odors, sweat marks, dust, dirt, sand, oil, pet hair, insect residue, adhesive marks, or any other condition that affects resale.
Items should also be returned with original packaging, protective materials, labels, instructions, set components, gifts, and included accessories whenever possible.

- The item has obvious holes, tears, snags, mesh deformation, zipper damage, frame damage, elastic deformation, broken hanging cords, adhesive marks, stains, odors, sweat marks, dust, dirt, sand, oil, pet hair, or insect residue.
- The item is damaged due to improper installation, excessive pulling, incorrect folding, incorrect storage, sun exposure, moisture, high-temperature storage, pet scratching or biting, improper pulling by children, or other external causes.
- The return request does not meet the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
- The returned item is incomplete or missing frames, hooks, ropes, storage bags, installation accessories, labels, instructions, gifts, original packaging, protective materials, or other included items.
- Part of a set item is missing, used, damaged, or cannot be returned as a complete set.
- The returned item does not match the approved return request or the original order.
- The refund request is based on personal preference, color expectations, size expectations, installation expectations, mesh softness expectations, transparency expectations, or display color differences, while the item itself has no quality issue.
- The item size matches the product page description, but the item does not fit because the customer did not confirm bed type, installation space, usage scenario, or compatibility needs before purchase.
- The order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, refuses the package, does not claim the package, or does not cooperate with the carrier.
- Shipping fees, carrier fees, payment processing fees, or other costs have already been incurred and cannot be recovered, unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise required by law.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide your order number, along with clear photos or videos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and the affected area.

Normal Variations in Mosquito Net Products

Refund Method
