You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered.

If more than 30 days have passed, we may be unable to accept the request unless required by applicable law or separately approved by us based on the actual situation.

  • The item has not been washed, soaked, dried, ironed, or sprayed with mosquito repellent, fragrance spray, cleaning products, disinfectant, or other liquids that may affect its condition.
  • The item remains in its original condition and has not been damaged by improper installation, improper folding, improper storage, pulling, scratching, cutting, puncturing, adhesive application, sun exposure, moisture, pet scratching or biting, or abnormal wear.
  • The item has no obvious holes, tears, snags, mesh deformation, stains, odors, sweat marks, dust, dirt, sand, oil, pet hair, insect residue, adhesive marks, or other signs of use that may affect resale.
  • All products, set components, and included items are returned together, including but not limited to the mosquito net body, frame, hooks, ropes, storage bag, installation accessories, labels, instructions, gifts, protective materials, and packaging accessories.
  • The original packaging is included where reasonably possible.
  • The returned item matches the item and reason described in the approved request.

Because mosquito net products may be used in bedrooms, nurseries, outdoor areas, travel settings, and other personal-use environments, hygiene, signs of use, and resale condition are important factors. All return and exchange requests are reviewed individually. You must receive our approval before sending any item back.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To help us review your request as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • The product name.
  • The reason for the return or exchange request.
  • If the item is incorrect, damaged, defective, does not match your order, or has issues such as mesh holes, zipper damage, frame deformation, missing accessories, obvious size mismatch, or damaged packaging, please provide clear photos or videos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and the affected area.

After receiving your request, we will review it and reply by email. If your request is approved, our email will include the return address and detailed next steps.

Please do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving approval.

Unauthorized returns, items sent to the wrong address, or items returned without following our instructions may be delayed, refused, or no longer eligible for refund or exchange processing.

When Returns or Exchanges May Not Be Accepted

We may be unable to accept a return or exchange in the following situations:

  • The item has been actually used, installed, hung, used while sleeping, used outdoors, or unfolded for an extended period.
  • The item has been washed, soaked, dried, ironed, or sprayed with mosquito repellent, fragrance, cleaning products, disinfectant, or other liquids.
  • The item has been cut, punctured, modified, pasted, repaired, dyed, or otherwise changed from its original condition.
  • The item has obvious holes, tears, snags, mesh deformation, zipper damage, frame damage, elastic deformation, broken hanging cords, adhesive marks, stains, odors, sweat marks, dust, dirt, sand, oil, pet hair, or insect residue.
  • The item is damaged due to improper installation, excessive pulling, incorrect folding, incorrect storage, sun exposure, moisture, high-temperature storage, pet scratching or biting, improper pulling by children, or other external causes.
  • Frames, hooks, ropes, storage bags, installation accessories, labels, instructions, gifts, original packaging, protective materials, or other included items are missing.
  • Part of a set item is missing, used, damaged, or cannot be returned as a complete set.
  • The returned item does not match the approved request or the original order.
  • The return or exchange request is based on personal preference, color expectations, size expectations, installation expectations, mesh softness expectations, transparency expectations, or display color differences, while the item itself has no quality issue.
  • The item size matches the product page description, but the item does not fit because the customer did not confirm bed type, installation space, usage scenario, or compatibility needs before purchase.
  • The item is damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, improper installation, improper cleaning, improper maintenance, or other external causes.
  • The order cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • The package is refused, unclaimed, or otherwise affected because the recipient does not cooperate with the carrier.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item, or if the item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, along with clear photos or videos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and the affected area so we can properly review the issue.

For mosquito net products, please contact us before use or as soon as the issue is discovered if any of the following occurs:

  • The item received does not match your order.
  • The item is visibly damaged during transit.
  • The mosquito net mesh has obvious holes, tears, or severe snags.
  • The zipper, elastic band, hanging cord, frame, hook, or installation accessory is clearly damaged.
  • Items, set components, or included accessories are missing from the order.
  • The packaging is seriously damaged and may affect the condition of the item.
  • The item has an obvious manufacturing defect that prevents normal use according to the product instructions.

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, reshipment of missing items, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution depending on the actual situation.

Normal Variations in Mosquito Net Products

Mosquito net products may have minor creases, slight size differences, mesh texture variations, small stitching differences along the edges, slight color differences, or temporary wrinkles caused by production, packaging, folding, compression, or transportation.

These conditions are generally normal characteristics of textile mesh products and do not necessarily mean the item is defective.

If these differences do not affect normal use, installation function, or overall product function, they will not usually be considered an automatic reason for return, exchange, or refund. We will review each situation and do our best to provide a reasonable solution.

Exchanges

Exchanges usually apply in the following situations:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item has manufacturing, material, stitching, zipper, frame, or structural issues confirmed by our review.
  • Necessary items, installation accessories, or set components are missing from the order, and we determine that exchange or reshipment is the more appropriate solution.
  • We approve another exchange request based on inventory availability and the specific situation.

If the replacement item you want is out of stock, we may suggest another solution, or where appropriate, process the matter according to our Refund Policy.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is caused by our error, such as shipping the wrong item or an item arriving damaged or defective after review, we may cover return shipping costs or provide another suitable return solution.

For other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping costs and related fees are usually the customer’s responsibility unless required by law or clearly agreed by us.

If an order received free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional shipping service, we may deduct actual shipping costs that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered during return or refund processing, unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise required by law.

If you purchased a promotional item, discounted item, bundle set, or combined product, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, the condition of the returned item, the items you keep, and the related promotional conditions.
